The spirit is here…

The air is becoming cool and carolers ring our doorbell every other night…no doubt, Christmas is in the air!

Mom shipped us her old tree and some Christmas figurines to doll up our house. We might be spending Christmas in Davao.

Casey’s 12th Birthday

 

November 13; Friday – We had a little get together at our house for Casey’s birthday. She invited a few friends for a sleep over. I bought the cake, some pasta and had our housemaid grill fish and pork belly. Yumm!

Casey believed that there will be a meteor shower on the night of her birthday so we headed off to Jack’s Ridge; a local tourist attraction in Davao located high off a hill. It had a  strong telescope so we figured that is where we ought to be.

Sadly, we didn’t see any… but we still had fun nevertheless!
